Typical applications include encoder disks, RF/EMI shields, screens, speaker meshes, lead frames, clean blade for printer, metal sign and many more. The photo etching process (also called photo chemical etching and chemical milling) allows us to produce intricate metal components with close tolerance.
Material and thickness:
Photo etching eliminates the cost of hard tooling, improves design flexibiliby, and shortens lead times while eliminating burring and sress problems. The metal material we can chemical etching including stainless steel, spring steels, copper, Beryllium copper, brass, aluminum, molybdenum. Material thickness is ranging from 0.03 mm (0.0012 inch) upto 1.5 mm (0.06 inch).
Forming and finishing:
Julid manufactures formed parts by combining photochemical etching with inexpensive tooling. We can offer many value added option of surface treatment, includingGold, Silver, Tin plating, plus electropolishing, surface polishing, paint.
